Meeting (AGM) held at Moe on Sunday July 15th.

When the weather forecast says, “becoming fine”, I now know that unless a specific time is given, it will eventually be fine, but not necessarily on that day.

Our day did not become “fine” - it got “worser” (meteorological term).

Despite this, eight Clagsters and three visitors made the most of the conditions and ensured a very successful re-scheduled AGM.

Congratulations go to Craig Hemsworth, our “Clagster of the year”. Craig’s achievements last year were - winner F2B State title; and winner of the Hearns Trophy. He also designed and built the awesome “Fourplay”, featured in last months news.

Congratulations also to newly elected Club President, Steve Mitchell.

Rather than say any more, I’ll let the photos do the talking, they convey very well the days events.

I’m writing this at 10.40pm and just went outside to cover two lime trees from the frost. Guess what, a perfectly clear sky and no wind, it has “become fine”, but its bloody dark!!
